I like this device. The quality seems good with no rough welds. I've had it 2 weeks using in on and off every other day and it hasn't shown signs of rusting. I'm glad that it has the three rings because I didn't know which size would hold me securely. Flaccid my shaft is about 1 inch in diameter and my head is about 1.25 inches in diameter. My balls are the size and shape of a small chicken egg and when my scrotum is warm it relaxes and they hang quite low. I tried the 2 inch and 1.75 inch rings but when my scrotum relaxed the cage would follow my balls down and I was able to pull out of the cage. My balls were still trapped but I was able to masturbate and then slide back into the cage. The 1.5 inch ring is a challenge to get on. I have to lubricate my scrotum and then work my balls one at a time through the ring. The cage has an i.d. of about 1 inch and it takes some time and lube to work my head and shaft into it. Once I'm finally in, the smaller ring holds the cage up against my pubic bone and it is impossible to escape. Unfortunately because it is quite snug there has been some chafing behind my balls. Using lotion does help this and I'm hoping that my skin will adapt. There is not much room to grow so when I am sleeping and start to get a night time erection there is some aching which wakes me up but it does gradually subside.
